Arden’s Executive Director and Founder, Nedra Wickremesinghe is considered a leader in the field of personal development and training with more than 20 year’s experience working with individuals and groups from a variety of backgrounds, Widely acknowledged as a pioneer in her field, Nedra is the founder of Sri Lanka’s first Finishing School, Nedisa.
Nedra is a graduate of Lucy Clayton U.K., and Stamford College Kuala Lumpur, and she holds a Diploma in Psychology. She is a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE). Nedra also enjoys a strong media profile. She was a regular guest on Sri Lanka’s premier breakfast show ‘ Good Morning Sri Lanka’, hosted by MTV, as its in-house expert. She was a columnist with the Sunday Times, and the food and wine columnist of Hi Magazine.
She's a AHLEI Certified Hospitality Educator, also known for media presence and expertise in personality development, image management, etiquette, personal branding, and customer courtesy. Her diverse clientele includes blue-chip companies, hotels, hospitals, and more.
